Job Purpose:
Lead cloud and infrastructure service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud and infrastructure service delivery, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee hybrid IT environments, including cloud, on-premise, security, and monitoring platforms.
• Build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and ensure services meet business objectives.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and cost optimization across service delivery operations.
• Mentor and manage high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years' IT service delivery experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record in system integrator or multi-client environment service management.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, monitoring, and security tools.
• Skilled in ITIL frameworks, project delivery, cost management, and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership, client engagement, and team development skills in complex environments.

The successful Director, Cloud & Infrastructure Services must possess strong leadership, deep cloud expertise, and proven client management skills in a multi-client environment.
