We are growing the Network Engineering Team and looking for high performing Engineers who have aspirations to take on Pre-sales functions to articulate the value of engineering and Technical functions to design and implement enterprise solutions. The role has regional opportunities to service ASEAN projects and operations. There will be career growth to be a manager of engineers in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
1. Assists in planning and Implementation of wired and wireless networking solutions over a fibre optic network;

2..Generates tender responses and supports quotations with bill of material and requirement compliances;
3. Drives Proof of Concept testing, network infrastructure optimization and customer acceptance tests;

4. Owns project planning, management, implementation and operations according to customer requirements;

5. Provides guidance to other team members and engineers as a thought leader;
6. Conducts technical training and presentations, both internal, to colleagues, and external, to channel partners and customers as a pre-sales and confidence selling activity;
7. Performs periodic / rotational duty engineer roles after office hours and weekends;

8. Responds timely to supervisors, suppliers and customers to gain their confidence

Requirements
1. Preferably in the industry of info-communications and technology or system integration or telecommunications;
2. Preferably with minimum 3 years' Information Technology experience in the Enterprise arena;
3. Superior communication, presentation and influencing power at all levels of the organization in particular, at least a C6 grade in O'Levels or N'Levels English;
4. Possesses an attitude of curiosity to improve status quo;
5. Has a Degree in Telecommunications or Information Technology;
6. Has a CCNP or equivalent certification is preferred and CCIE or equivalent certification would be advantageous for this position;
7. Willing to travel from time to time; experience in ASEAN region is preferred;

8. Willing to work after office hours or weekends to ensure that customers' requests are met;

9. Willing to work over time until problems are solved;
10. Resilient to work under high pressure, multi-tasking and fast-paced environment such as in a construction environment;

11. Disciplined to complete meeting minutes within 2 working days

12. Disciplined to report to work on time, log in and log out for attendance daily, complete time sheets with accurate and meaningful information, complete service reports within 1 working day, issue trouble tickets immediately whenever a customer calls and enters information into company database

13. Able to join duty engineering after office hours and weekends when rostered

14. Responds to alerts within half an hour to ensure service levels

15. Disciplined to clean/housekeep internal work areas and customer sites

16. Demonstrates strong Project and Operations Management skills

17. Has tender bid experience will be an advantage.

18. Has AutoCAD skills
