We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Program Engineer to provide support to project requests and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle L1 operations & support duties
• Manage service delivery for applications, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for IT infrastructure related issues
• Support and respond to user project / change requests, operational, cyber alerts and incidents
• Provide support to the programme management team in areas of technical solution analysis, planning, coordination, implementation and testing
• Prepare project-related reports and documentation for the PMO team
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging and tallying of assets.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service standards and service level agreements are fulfilled

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• IT qualification with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience / background
• Possess hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure (such as troubleshooting / issue resolution, performance monitoring, etc.)
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience in Programming / Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript) will be an advantage

Preferred / Desirable Requirements :

Knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of the below areas will be an advantage
