We are seeking an Investment & Structuring Manager with strong expertise in trust, fund, and cross-border structuring to support the company's business expansion and capital management. This role will focus on designing and managing efficient entity structures, overseeing fund-related operations, and advising on cross-border investment strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in trusts, funds, or corporate structuring and an openness to working in a fast-evolving financial and technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage SPV, VCC, and trust structures to support the company's investments and business initiatives.
• Advise on cross-border tax planning, entity setup, and compliance for international operations.
• Support the establishment and management of funds, including fund documentation, governance, and regulatory filings.
• Partner with finance, legal, and product teams to evaluate new business models, including digital assets and emerging financial products.
• Assist with asset allocation, treasury structuring, and capital deployment strategies.
• Liaise with external advisors, legal firms, and financial institutions to ensure compliant and efficient execution of structures.
• Prepare and review structuring proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CFA/CPA/LLM is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in trusts, funds, investment banking, or international law firms.
• Strong knowledge of SPVs (Cayman, BVI, Singapore VCC) and trust structures (family, charitable).
• Familiarity with cross-border taxation, fund establishment, or securitization.
• Ability to independently design structuring solutions and oversee execution.
• Strong communication skills, able to work with international clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Exposure to fintech, digital assets, or alternative investment products.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge traditional finance expertise with innovative financial structures.
