Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, Group Communications, this role leads strategic change communications to drive SingHealth's digital transformation journey, with particular focus on the Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) implementation.

You are required to develop comprehensive change communications strategies that enhance stakeholders' understanding of change initiatives. These include designing detailed communications plans and communication and engagement frameworks, crafting compelling and consistent narratives and multi-channel content across different platforms that explain the need and benefits of the NGEMR implementation. You will also be expected to design and maintain a content calendar for change-related communications.

Other responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, as well as facilitating two-way communication channels to gather feedback, and developing communication effectiveness and engagement metrics across different channels to be used in refining communication strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or related fields with at least 8 years' experience and at least 2 years' supervisory experience

- Excellent command of spoken and written English

- Good knowledge of communication channels and industry best practices

- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and drive communications campaigns

- Ability to design collaterals and produce simple videos

- Team player and strong collaborator
