This will be a 1-year renewable contract position.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end analytics solutions (Problem & use case formulation, data pipeline, proof-of-concept, to developing and deploying the solution into production using Power BI Dashboards)
• Create non-standard custom reports/dashboards merged from data derived from Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and SAP Analytics Cloud) and other enterprise systems, via Cloud-native enterprise analytics platform tools (Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks) and deliver these reports to end users (Power BI) or other systems.
• Continuously improve the enterprise analytics platform, tooling and reusable assets.
• Tracking, validating and improving performance of analytical solutions developed.
• Operational support and maintenance of the data & analytics infrastructure platform and system.
• Continuously develop advanced analytics capabilities, adoption of best-in-class techniques and practices.
• Curate, develop and conduct training sessions/workshops
• Any other related work as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence (or related) or related technical certificates.
• 3 years of experience in conceptualizing and developing advanced analytics or data science solutions to solve business problems.
• Experienced with Microsoft Power BI (UI/UX, DAX, Power Query) and Python and associated Machine Learning packages and tools.
• Experienced in gathering/understanding user requirements and working with tech/data team to improve analytics platform to resolve user pain points.
• Experienced in analyzing business needs, articulate the solution framework including the model output, business decision and potential impact to drive the adoption of the solution.
• Exposed to analytics and/or machine learning platforms and how it integrates with upstream and downstream data and production systems.
• Advantages: Cloud services, finance and budgeting processes.
• Excellent written, oral & inter-personal communication skills.
