Job Description:

• Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support for Transmission SDH/HMSTP/WDM equipment such as on-site survey, installation, planning, commissioning and maintenance.
• Provide post-sales technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
• Provide technical solution and hands-on support on SDH/HMSTP/ WDM network.
• Support test activities of operator acceptance testing.
• Participate in necessary technical meetings pertaining to operators, internal staff or its associated customers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 year local experience in telecommunication project implementation/network planning /cutover experience in Datacom, SDH, HMSTP and WDM Network.
• Candidate with HCIA/CCNA/HDCP Certification and relative IT certifications is with added advantage.
• Preferable candidate with ATP/FAT (OSNR, RFC2544, Bert Test, Switching test etc)/NCE-T/ MOP/CPQ on Optical or Electrical design experience.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to liaise with different levels people.
• Selected candidate may need to perform ad-hoc standby duty.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
