Job Purpose:
Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient multi-cloud operations while leading a high-performing technical team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cloud operations team to deliver secure, stable environments.
• Manage daily AWS and Azure operations, ensuring performance, availability, and reliability.
• Oversee incidents, problems, and change processes to minimize downtime and risks.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives across multi-cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud services with business and compliance needs.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years' cloud operations experience, including AWS and Azure environments.
• At least 1 year leading or managing technical teams in operations.
• Strong knowledge of IaC tools, automation, and monitoring platforms.
• Skilled in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and cloud networking concepts.
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, ITIL) and strong leadership communication skills.

The successful Cloud Infrastructure Operations Manager must possess 5+ years of hands-on cloud operations experience with AWS/Azure and IaC tools and expertise in incident and change management in cloud environments.
