Purpose: As a Digital Transformation Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and deploy digital technologies and automation solutions in a contract manufacturing environment.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of digital transformation initiatives that align with business goals and operational needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and automation tools using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to improve data visibility and streamline workflows.
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources to enable accurate reporting, analytics, and decision-making aligned with strategic KPIs.
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, RPA, and cloud computing to enhance manufacturing and business processes.
• Develop software and hardware solutions using programming languages (Python, C#, Java, JavaScript) and technologies (PLC, IoT, RFID) to enable automation and system integration.
• Participate in full-cycle project implementation, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, corporate IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective digital solutions.
• Ensure digital solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with cybersecurity and data protection standards.
• Provide technical consulting, developer support, and user training to ensure successful adoption and effective use of digital tools and systems.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by actively contributing to digital initiatives and proposing enhancements based on business needs.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, RPA, cloud computing, and cybersecurity is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power App, Power Automate and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel VBA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience in project execution, including documentation, testing, and user training.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant technical credentials is a plus.
