Primary Responsibilities:

Strategy:
  • Demonstrate the value of modern technology to enable the business to meet its objectives.
  • Lead the vision for Portfolio Unit Digital Solutions' transformation, fostering innovation and flexibility in IT management and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to co-create an IT strategy that meets business needs.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a forward-thinking data and information strategy.

Service Delivery Leadership:
  • Take responsibility for development, delivery and monitoring of both an IT strategy and support delivery of a data and information strategy.
  • Lead delivery teams to meet customer expectations by executing projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Implement risk management strategies for both ongoing operations and project transformations.
  • Champion continuous improvement to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Transformation:
  • Collaborate with potential clients to identify their business needs and align them with innovative digital solutions.
  • Evolve IT from a support role into a strategic partner that empowers the business with the necessary tools and information to achieve success.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, responsive support functions while driving improvements.

Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Influence and communicate with key stakeholders and customers including and not limited to local senior management and executive management.
  • Develop a compelling communication strategy to highlight the value of IT and the impact of digital transformation initiatives.

Programme Management:
  • Take overall responsibility for the portfolio of projects which will deliver both the IT strategy, data and information strategy.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Determine resource requirements to meet business needs cost effectively and coming up a strategy to meet these requirements, ensuring that project teams are staffed appropriately and efficiently.
  • Formulate and agree annual revenue and capital budgets for Digital Solutions and corporate programs, ensuring that the delivery of IT and programs are against the budget.

Requirements:

Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
  • 10+ years in leadership roles within SAP and digital transformation domains, including strategic planning and complex ERP delivery.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation, aligning technology to business goals, and executing large-scale SAP/ERP solutions.
  • Significant experience in program management, P&L ownership, and budget oversight for SAP portfolios.

Strategic, Business & Financial Leadership:
  • Develop and drive a regional SAP solutions strategy (covering S/4HANA, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, etc.) aligned with business objectives and market demand-similar to the role at T-Systems Singapore emphasizing SAP-based digital solutions and GTM leadership.
  • Own and manage P&L, set financial targets, and optimize margins for SAP offerings.
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives, identify partnerships, and position your team as thought leaders in SAP transformation space.

SAP Technical & Solution Delivery Expertise:
  • Possess deep understanding across SAP product ecosystems, such as S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform/BTP, Integration Suite, Joule, and Generative AI.
  • Oversee solution architecture, ensuring scalability, innovation, and alignment with best practices.
  • Manage successful delivery of SAP programs-including RISE/S/4 migrations, implementations, and cloud transformations.

Team, Stakeholder & Client Management:
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performance SAP teams of architects, presales, and delivery experts.
  • Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to articulate business value and gain buy-in.
  • Oversee presales and RFP efforts, delivering compelling SAP solution narratives.
