To support and solve complex technical issues for all network elements within Transmission/optical transmission network and datacom IP specifically in operations, planning and during roll out. To also analyze network performance and ensure ample capacity to support current traffic.

Principal Accountabilities

To provide Level 2 support for Operations & Maintenance in resolving open trouble tickets escalated by 1st level team withing the agreed SLA.

To provide support to resolve technical issues arising during network implementation, integration, and migration.

To manage and configure network devices and services for transmission network.

To lead or be part of technical delivery team during acceptance test.

To review acceptance test reports & documents as part of project deliveries,

To ensure all technical details and its relevant documents such as CA, ATP are collected and properly stored in Cloud Telecommunications (S) Pte. Ltd. Singapore 's database.

To liaise with internal network team, customer, and vendor in managing complex technical problems.

To analyze network performance and work together with planning team in network optimization and in defining network architecture.

To monitor network utilisation and latency to be within the intended SLA.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualification, Skills, and Knowledge

Diploma majoring in Telecommunication/ IT/ Computer Science/ Engineering or other related technical discipline.

Possess skill in any or combination of the following areas : DWDM, MPLS, Routing and Switching and firewall.

Multi - vendor product networking experience (with Singtel, Starhub, M1 Limited or etc.) is an advantage.

Applicants with 3 years of experience in telecommunication industry or in related field is an added advantage.

Able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.

Customer service oriented and good presentation skill.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Driving license & ability to drive.

Strong skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point and have ability to create detailed and concise reports and tracking tools for all aspects of the project.

Ability to work independently with others.
