About the Role

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and technology-driven Data Center Operations Engineer to coordinate hardware installations, repairs, shipments, and IT-related requests from Network, Linux, and Windows teams. This role also involves managing technical spaces and supporting IT needs for office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Center & Infrastructure Management
• Coordinate hardware installations, repairs, shipments, and replacements.
• Manage physical security, access controls, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Supervise construction, expansion, and upgrade projects.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, contracts, and asset records.
• Office & Workplace Management
• Support IT-related requests for the office.
• Coordinate workstation setups, relocations, and equipment transfers.
• Keep floor plans and office documentation updated.
• Ensure alignment with group-wide infrastructure and workplace standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3-5 years in an IT-related role, preferably with data center or infrastructure management exposure.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
