Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and operating systems
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource usage to ensure operational efficiency
• Perform basic user account management (creation, modification, password resets) in Active Directory or other directory services
• Help manage software deployment, updates, and patching
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to local and remote users, explaining solutions in clear, user-friendly terms
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
• Setup and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft platforms and other related services
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows Server, Windows 10/11)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTPS, SSH, etc.)
• Awareness of cybersecurity practices (MFA, firewalls, anti-malware, phishing prevention, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) is an advantage
• Eager to learn and grow in a professional IT environment with a positive attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges
• Self-motivated and adaptable, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy in tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in a team
