Role Overview
The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through digital channels, with a strong focus on promoting SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) funded courses. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on sales execution, and the ability to manage the full digital sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive enrolment for professional certification courses.
- Manage and optimize sales funnels across email, social media, paid ads, and CRM.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes for SSG and IBF-funded courses, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, industry partners, and individuals.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotional offers.
- Conduct online sales presentations, webinars, and client demos.
- Track and report sales KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI on campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, funding policies, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant sales experience in the training, education, or professional certification industry.
- Proven track record of promoting SSG and IBF-funded courses in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of digital sales tools (CRM, automation, analytics).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B corporate sales and account management.
- Knowledge of SSG funding and other training subsidy schemes.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and HubSpot.
- Experience in using Generative AI tools for digital sales.
