Job Purpose:
Design, maintain, and improve IT systems to ensure smooth operations, security, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.

• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain regular updates and backups.
• Apply security measures, ensure compliance, and conduct system audits and staff training.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in IT systems or technical support.
• Familiarity with ERP, reporting tools, cloud platforms, and databases.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance standards.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and clear communication skills.

The successful Information Systems & Network Engineer must possess hands-on IT systems and network experience and strong problem-solving skills.
