Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee AI application and data platform projects in the financial crime compliance domain. The role requires strong project management, business analysis, and quantitative skills to deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions.

We are hiring for mid senior to senior IT Project Manager based on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT project delivery for AI applications and data platforms.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Design functional solutions for AI, AML, and financial crime compliance projects.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test plans, and manage defect resolution.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee change request management, conduct impact assessments, and maintain updated documentation.
• Collaborate with cloud deployment teams to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years' experience in IT project management, business analysis, or data engineering.
• Proven experience delivering AI or data-intensive technology projects.
• Strong quantitative skills and analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with AML, financial crime compliance, or Quantexa platform is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
