We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic professional who can drive our employer branding, digital presence, and talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (50%)

• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms
• Develop engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) to boost brand awareness and online engagement
• Create marketing collateral (e.g., posters, brochures, EDMs) in line with brand guidelines
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns and special events marketing

Recruitment (50%)

• Manage full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles
• Liaise with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking channels
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Enhance employer branding to attract top talent

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
• 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing and/or recruitment
• Proficiency in social media ads, content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.), and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
