Description:

• Manage Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Configure and monitor AWS networking components (VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.).
• Attend to network-related incidents and service requests following ITIL practices.
• Work with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes.

Job Requirements:

• Knowlege of AWS Cloud platform experience
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN configuration, and AWS network services,
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
