Job Title: Technical Manager - Cybersecurity Solutions (CrowdStrike Focus)

Location: Singapore (Regional Scope - ASEAN)

Are you a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a passion for leadership and deep knowledge of CrowdStrike solutions? We're hiring a Technical Manager to lead a regional team of Solutions Architects, drive partner enablement, and shape technical service delivery across ASEAN.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity Solution Architects across ASEAN
• Act as the technical lead for CrowdStrike pre-sales and enablement initiatives
• Deliver technical presentations, POCs, and security assessments
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support go-to-market strategies
• Manage partner technical relationships and develop a scalable training program
• Develop and standardize service offerings (pre/post-sales) and documentation (SOPs, SOWs)
• Represent the organization at events, trainings, and partner workshops
• Drive internal enablement and regional alignment with sales and presales teams
• Maintain a catalog of technical services aligned with CrowdStrike's offerings
• Act as the hands-on pre-sales lead for Singapore until the team expands

What You Bring:

• Minimum 10 years of technical experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity
• Strong expertise in CrowdStrike technologies (certifications preferred)
• Experience in pre-sales, technical enablement, and partner development
• Familiarity with security architecture, network protocols, and cloud security
• Proven leadership experience with regional team oversight
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable delivering both technical workshops and executive-level briefings
• Willingness to travel regionally across ASEAN as required
