Responsibilities:

• Provide basic IT technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues

• Manage IT assets such as laptops and mobile phones

• Handle general enquiries and perform administrative duties

• Enter procurement data into SAP

• Liaise with vendors regarding procurement, office maintenance and general matters

• Support coordination of company events as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience (IT Networking)

• Familiarity with network equipment, desktop support and system administration

• Good interpersonal skills
