A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Digital Product Manager - Website position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of the corporate website, from ideation and planning to delivery and iteration.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align on strategy.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define project goals, user needs, and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with UI/UX designers and developers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of scalable, secure, and on-brand digital solutions.
• Ensure content, design, and technical updates align with user experience best practices and brand guidelines.
• Leverage user insights, analytics, and feedback to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
• Manage CMS workflows and ensure integration with other digital platforms (e.g., analytics, marketing automation, SEO tools).
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and post-launch reviews to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• 4-5 years of experience in product management, digital communications, or website development.
• Strong experience managing corporate or brand websites and working with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, WordPress).
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading workshops and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of digital design systems, user-centered design, and UX/UI best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; Scrum or Product Owner certification preferred.
