We're Hiring: Digital Marketing & Brand Manager (Full or Part-Time)

We're a small but growing business looking for a self-sufficient, driven, and creative Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. This is a key role for someone who thrives working independently, wears multiple hats, and is excited to build a brand from the ground up.

About the Role

As our sole marketing lead, you'll be responsible for everything from strategy to execution. You'll develop our brand voice, create and schedule content, manage email campaigns, run ads, and analyze what's working - and what's not. We're looking for someone who is both creative and strategic, and who can manage projects without hand-holding.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts (social media, email, paid ads, etc.)
• Build and manage a clear brand identity across all platforms
• Create content calendars, write copy, and coordinate visual content (with existing assets or your own tools)
• Handle promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns from end to end
• Make proactive suggestions to grow brand reach and customer engagement

Who You Are

• A self-starter who can manage marketing without needing constant direction
• No experience needed
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, and paid ads
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager,
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Bonus if you have experience in beauty, art, wellness, or handmade products
• Reliable, organized, and excited to contribute to a growing business
