about the job

As a Cloud Service Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and management of our cloud services, primarily on AWS or Azure. Your core focus will be ensuring we meet all SLAs, achieve high customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency. This involves close collaboration with Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to continuously improve our service standards and proactively address client needs and concerns.

skills and experience required

• 4-5 years of experience in service delivery management, with at least 3 years specifically in cloud service delivery or cloud operations.Your technical expertise should include:
  A strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, including their respective monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
  Familiarity with DevOps practices, incident management, and ITIL processes.
  Experience in cloud cost management, FinOps, or budget tracking.
  Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks to enhance service efficiency.
