Driving Digital Transformation and Advanced Analytics Across Asia in Alignment with HQ

• Strengthen global product alignment and communication: Act as the key connector between Asia and HQ, facilitating regular syncs, aligning product priorities, and sharing updates and discoveries
• Explore business opportunities and translate them into digital use cases: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into AI and analytics solutions, and work with the central digital team to ensure consistent delivery and support across regions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and explore opportunities for AI/ML and advanced analytics applications.
• Translate business needs into concrete use cases and contribute to the design of scalable digital solutions.
• Lead product discovery initiatives by engaging with investment professionals to uncover insights and define AI/ML product outcomes.
• Design, prototype, and develop end-to-end ML/AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and production ready.
• Build cloud-native AI/ML applications using Python, with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and team collaboration.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on Azure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Stay up to date with trends and innovations in ML, AI, and advanced analytics, and proactively integrate relevant advancements into solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and back-end engineers, throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support the adoption of digital solutions across Asia by ensuring consistent service delivery in collaboration with the central digital team.

Education

• Master's in quantitative or engineering field e.g. applied statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, and computational finance

Requirements

• 1-3 years of a related position in intersection of product management, quantitative finance, ML/AI software development.
• Experience collaborating with users to identify business needs and define data-driven solutions
• Background in financial services
• Programming in object-oriented languages deploying ML/AI application, preferably Python
• Experience with gen-AI models though cloud services APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Familiar with MLOps practices and cloud deployment using Azure (IaC, Terraform, Databricks)
• Data engineering capabilities like using relational databases with SQL and experience with dbt, databricks, and the Azure tech stack
• Fluent in Danish and English language, oral and written
