Responsibilities
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and pipeline reliability.
- Work with data analysts, scientists, and other engineers to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Implement monitoring and automation to streamline deployment and ensure ongoing data pipeline health.
- Optimize data storage solutions and resolve performance bottlenecks across data systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data consistency, quality, and availability.
- Follow best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and Agile development methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in software or data engineering, with strong proficiency in Python.
- Proven experience in unit testing and integration testing for data-intensive applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts such as CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for building high-quality, scalable data systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
