We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong experience applying advanced analytics in complex engineering or production environments. This role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams to develop predictive and prescriptive models that drive operational efficiencies and scalable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Lead Data Scientists and stakeholders to understand domain-specific challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional data and infrastructure teams to build reliable and scalable data pipelines for analytics deployment.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and create actionable insights through effective data visualization.
• Apply machine learning or statistical techniques-such as forecasting, optimization, segmentation, and deep learning-to solve real-world operational problems.
• Tune and validate models for robustness, and support their deployment into production environments with engineering teams.
• Monitor and refine deployed models to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the growth of analytics capabilities across teams by sharing methodologies and emerging best practices.
• Communicate the impact of analytics initiatives to senior stakeholders and technical audiences, supporting adoption and business alignment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or similar.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the analytics space, ideally with exposure to high-throughput or operationally intensive environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in:
  Forecasting, Recommendation Systems, Optimization, Churn Analysis, Segmentation, Deep Learning
  Languages/tools like Python, R, SAS, or SPSS
  Data visualization and storytelling techniques
• Experience working with large datasets and deploying models at scale, preferably in cloud-based environments.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across functions and explain technical outcomes to business users.
• Agile, product-focused mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and navigate ambiguity with a problem-solving approach.
