Location: Shenton Way

Salary: Up to 4k (depending on experience)

12 months, Mon-Fri 0900-1800 

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for daily processing of policy servicing transactions efficiently and accurately. Daily policy servicing transactions includes but not limited to:

1. a)Client Level Changes – for e.g. change in personal particulars, contact details, returned mails.
2. b)Policy Level Changes – for e.g. change in coverage / premium,  payment mode / method, fund switch, premium redirection, top-up, reinstatement, nomination of beneficiary, assignment.
3. c)Policy Values Payout – for e.g. annuity payout and survivorship check, maturity / surrender / withdrawal payout.

• Identify areas of improvements, provide support on requirements gathering, participate in user acceptance testing, reviewing test plans / test results and involved in data cleansing for smooth system migration / implementation.
• Ensure department’s defined service standards and TATs are met.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant business standards and regulations.
• Any other adhoc duties
