Scope:

• Negotiate with insurers and reinsurers for quotation and placement of risks.
• Lead and manage a team effectively
• Handle all broking documentations, including preparation of cover notes, slips, quotations, endorsements and other supporting documents for submissions.
• Calculate premiums and brokerage to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Respond to queries from insurers and reinsurers promptly and professionally
• Perform any ad-hoc duties  assigned by Head of Department as required.
• Hybrid working environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Reinsurance Broking is essential
• Posses 'A' Level, Polytechnic and/or University qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlooks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
