- Establish an agency through quality recruitment and selection of FSCs.
- Build and develop FSCs through supervision, training and coaching activities.
- Adhere to the Training and Competency requirements set out in the T&C Plan. The activities include conducting coaching sessions and meetings for their FSCs as well as validating the Plan Right Discovery and Solution.
- Be well prepared for coaching and meeting sessions.
- Establish goals for the agency unit and individual FSCs.
- Attend meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Pursue professional competence enhancement.
- Ensure FSCs are competent to perform their roles and responsibilities.
- Identify and develop potential FSCs to assume future Managerial leadership roles.
- Assist Director in the development of the Branch.
- Be accountable for targets and goals set for the agency unit.
