Assistant Vice President
  • Establish an agency through quality recruitment and selection of FSCs. 
  • Build and develop FSCs through supervision, training and coaching activities. 
  • Adhere to the Training and Competency requirements set out in the T&C Plan. The activities include conducting coaching sessions and meetings for their FSCs as well as validating the Plan Right Discovery and Solution. 
  • Be well prepared for coaching and meeting sessions. 
  • Establish goals for the agency unit and individual FSCs. 
  • Attend meetings, events, and training sessions. 
  • Pursue professional competence enhancement. 
  • Ensure FSCs are competent to perform their roles and responsibilities. 
  • Identify and develop potential FSCs to assume future Managerial leadership roles. 
  • Assist Director in the development of the Branch. 
  • Be accountable for targets and goals set for the agency unit.
