We are a licensed manpower agency in Singapore providing foreign and local staffing solutions across various industries. As part of our growth, we are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join us as Recruiters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for Work Permit (WP), S Pass, and local positions
• Coordinate interviews, liaise with clients and candidates on job requirements
• Handle full recruitment cycle from job posting to successful placement
• Maintain candidate records and ensure MOM documentation compliance
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and job seekers

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Quick-thinking and achievement-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) knowledge
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skill
