Requirements:
1. Human Resources Functions
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for engineering, technical, and administrative roles.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and conduct orientation for new hires. - Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.
Support staff engagement initiatives and welfare activities. - Payroll & HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, and personnel files).
Collate payroll data (OT, allowances, deductions) and liaise with the finance/payroll team for timely processing. - Training & Development:
Assist in coordinating training programs, certifications, and tracking training records. - Compliance & HR Policies:
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Assist in updating HR policies, work permits, and insurance renewals.
2. Administrative Functions
- Office Administration:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors for administrative needs. - Document Management:
Handle filing, document preparation, and general correspondence.
Maintain proper records of company licenses, permits, and engineering project documentation. - General Support:
Assist in planning company events, meetings, and other operational activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR / Admin (preferred).
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
