  • In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin (70%) & HR (30%) duties.
  • Manage office administration
  • Provide ad-hoc Admin/Sales support
  • Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
  • Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensations, etc)
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Process work passes application and liase with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
  • Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
  • Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
  • Assist in calculating overtime hours.
  • Able to work 1 Saturday ( half Day) Monthly
