HR and Payroll Manager, East area, $7000/basic

Job description:

• Deliver comprehensive HR operational support, including manpower planning, full-cycle recruitment and offboarding, employee relations, performance and talent management, staff engagement initiatives, and payroll administration.
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, such as job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
• Oversee monthly payroll processing in coordination with an external vendor, ensuring accurate disbursements and timely reporting to the Finance team. Well-versed in CPF regulations and tax submission requirements.
• Prepare and provide monthly HR reports to the Finance team, including leave provisions and related updates.
• Administer work pass quota and handle applications for Work Permits (WP), S Passes (SP), Employment Passes (EP), and visitor visas as needed.
• Collaborate with HR counterparts across regional offices in the Middle East and Asia to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.
• Support the annual performance management cycle by creating customized goal-setting and evaluation templates for each department, facilitating feedback and appraisal processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters with professionalism and care

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience on payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, CPF, Tax and HR practices.
• Able to start immediately
