Senior Software Engineer (Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software applications supporting Electronics Manufacturing Operations. You will play a key role in building robust systems using WPF in C# .NET Core and Docker-based microservices architecture. The ideal candidate is passionate about industrial software systems, highly proficient in modern .NET frameworks, and comfortable in distributed, containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing operation software applications using WPF and C# .NET Core
• Architect and implement microservices using Docker to support scalable manufacturing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, QA, and Operations to understand system requirements
• Develop and maintain real-time and data-driven applications used on the production floor
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both legacy and modern .NET applications
• Participate in system design reviews, code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of software systems in manufacturing environments

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5+ years of relevant software development in the manufacturing or industrial systems
• Expertise in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), C# and .NET Framework
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized microservices
• Solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and software lifecycle
• Enthusiastic about automation and innovative industrial technologies such as smart factory and IoT looking into proactive approach to drive operational efficiency.
• Experience working in Agile development teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and willingness to travel overseas for work.
