about the job

As a Senior Software Consultant, you will be instrumental in maintaining the enterprise DevOps Toolset and supporting the DevOps CI/CD platform. Your role will involve rolling out centralized DevOps pipelines across business units. You will be a key player in supporting and maintaining the entire DevOps pipelines and coordinating with stakeholders from requirements gathering to successful implementation. Collaboration with vendors to set up and upgrade centralized DevOps solutions, ensuring industry best practices and ease of support, will also be a core responsibility.

skills and experience required

• Deep technical proficiency and hands-on experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proven technical background in various build strategies.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes deployment processes and maintaining/deploying secrets within Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in setting up Jira workflows and customizing JIRA, as well as configuring Confluence spaces.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up DevOps governance, security standards, and audit requirements.
• Prior experience in deploying DevOps pipelines in both internal and external cloud environments.
• Experience with continuous testing techniques and tools such as Junit, SonarQube, and Veracode.
• Technical exposure to automation using advanced Python, Chef, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Extensive experience in virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
