Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused professional to join our growing team in a 180° recruitment capacity - with a strong emphasis on account management, business development, and client delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding client needs, and matching top talent to the right roles. Prior experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing client accounts and ensure smooth recruitment delivery across open roles
• Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Understand client needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
• Identify and engage suitable candidates through various channels (job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for both IT and non-IT roles
• Provide market insights to clients and support in workforce planning where needed
• Meet performance targets related to placements, revenue, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong exposure to both IT and non-IT roles (contract or perm)
• Proven experience in account management or client servicing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Local candidates preferred for ease of market familiarity
