JOB DESCRIPTION

• Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Industry-Specific Talent Sourcing - Identify and attract top talent within the industry, including roles in banking, investment, insurance, and risk management
• Job Posting and Advertisement - Create compelling job descriptions and post on job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates
• Candidate Screening and Interviews - Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit through resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define recruitment strategies
• Employer Branding - Promote the company's culture and values through effective communication with potential candidates, enhancing our employer brand within the industry
• Talent Pipeline Development - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates
• Candidate Experience Management - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and guidance
• Offer Negotiation and Onboarding - Assist in extending job offers and managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Market Research and Trends - Stay updated with industry recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in any related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft office
