Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, partnering with both clients (or hiring managers) and candidates to ensure the best possible fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Write and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment contracts.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients/hiring teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
