The Role

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python with Django and TypeScript with React.
• Design and implement high-performance APIs and backend services that power their products.
• Build, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Leverage AWS to design, deploy, and scale cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate real-time messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka into their tech stack.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backend performance and system reliability
• Work within an agile development environment to meet fast-paced release cycles.

Your Profile :

• A minimum of 5 years of professional backend development experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Strong experience with Python and Django for backend development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience working with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Expertise in building and optimizing ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and optimize code.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with serverless architecture using AWS.
• A passion for new technologies and continuous learning.
