Job Title: Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will collaborate with business partners to build scalable, high-performance systems, apply best practices in development and DevOps, and contribute to delivering robust digital solutions. You'll be part of a team that values clean code, agile delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope, prioritize, and manage technical tasks to ensure timely and efficient delivery across the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of user interfaces by applying UI/UX best practices with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain a high-performance codebase using modern frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Produce and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation and user guides for newly developed or updated systems.

Requirements:

• Strong working experience in Python, React, and TypeScript
• Proficient in using GitHub for version control, collaborative workflows, and code review processes.
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Solid experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
