Are you a detail-oriented Marine HR professional with a passion for crew operations?

Join a reputable German Shipowner/Manager headquartered in Singapore and take charge of day-to-day crewing operations for a fleet of 40 vessels. This role focuses purely on planning, scheduling, crew change coordination, and working closely with manning agents and fleet superintendents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crew planning and scheduling across assigned vessels
• Coordinate with manning agencies & fleet teams
• Manage travel, visa, hotel arrangements for crew mobilization
• Maintain up-to-date crew records, certificates & validity tracking
• Liaise with port agents and flag states for smooth crew logistics
• Check and approve vendor invoices related to crew ops
• Support the system migration to COMPASS
