About the Opportunity

This role in our Technology squad is embedded in a high caliber, cross functional team that develops and executes our exciting technology strategy to deliver better outcomes for our business and customer.

As a Software Engineer, you will be working with an agile and innovative team and build on your technical expertise with a myriad of technologies, projects and platforms to deliver our business priorities and conquer technical challenges.

What You'll be Doing

• Assist in various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including system analysis, design, development, testing, and support, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in Agile software development processes and gain exposure to DevOps practices to understand modern software development workflows.
• Contribute to the development of practical, high-quality code and solutions, with mentorship from experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with team members to understand and clarify functional requirements, helping to support the delivery of effective solutions.
• Learn and apply software design principles and quality standards, with guidance to ensure alignment with team objectives.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting basic issues in applications or infrastructure, with support from senior engineers.
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Internship Manager or mentor to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

What We Are Looking for

• Undergraduate degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields.
• Highly collaborative team player, detail-oriented and passionate with technology.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, exciting environment.
