Human ResourcesJob Duties
1. Responsible for lateral hires and early career recruitment for undergraduates, which include interns and trainees
2. Responsible for recruitment channels and job portals for undergraduates and lateral hires
3. Responsible for onboarding and induction processes for undergraduates and lateral hires
4. Partner business units to plan manpower needs
5. Participate in career fairs, university talks and other HR events
6. Responsible for work pass applications for undergraduates and lateral hires
7. Involve in monthly HR reporting and HR projects from time to time
8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Diploma in any field; specialisation in Human Resources or related disciplines is a plus
• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• A proactive and collaborative team player who can also work with minimal supervision
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft office
