▷ Lead cross-functional teams in Agile sprints (JIRA/Scrum) to deliver features on schedule

▷ Document system architectures (Confluence/Docs-as-Code) and maintain knowledge base

▷ Research emerging technologies (AI/ML integration, Serverless architectures)
▷ Implement automated testing (PHPUnit, Jest) to achieve 85%+ test coverage
▷ Optimize web performance (sub-500ms response times, Lighthouse scores ≥90)

Technical Expertise
✓ 5+ years full-stack development (PHP 8+, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5/CSS3)

✓ Proven leadership in technical decision-making and sprint planning
✓ Production experience with:

• Frameworks: Laravel/Vue.js/React

• Databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL + Redis caching

• DevOps: AWS/Azure, nginx configs, GitHub Actions

Professional Skills
✓ UI/UX sensibility (Can implement Figma designs with pixel perfection)
✓ Cloud-native development (Containers, Serverless, IaC)
✓ Testing methodologies (TDD/BDD experience preferred)
✓ Master / Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience

Work Arrangement
• Hybrid model: 3 days onsite (Changi office) / 2 days remote
• Core hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM (Flexible start times negotiable)
