General & Cross-Functional Support
- Handle a full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation) for the group of companies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements (e.g., IRAS, ACRA).
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial firms.
- Monitor cash flow, manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and submit GST filings, tax computations, and corporate filings.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
- Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and IR8A preparation using payroll software or HR system.
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, leave, attendance, and claims.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and training programs.
- Support performance reviews, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure HR practices comply with MOM regulations and Singapore labour laws.
- Draft HR policies, staff handbooks, and memos in line with company needs.
General & Cross-Functional Support
- Assist in developing SOPs and improving workflow processes across finance and HR departments.
- Support administrative and operational functions as assigned by management.
- Coordinate cross-company reporting and consolidation when required.
