Our client is a well-established private international school in the heart of Singapore, committed to delivering high-quality education in a nurturing, multicultural environment. They are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to join the dedicated team.

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions across the school. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for academic and non-academic staff
• Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with regulations
• Support performance appraisal processes and staff development initiatives
• Advise staff and management on HR policies and best practices
• Coordinate work pass applications and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with finance
• Assist in organizing staff engagement and wellness activities
• Ensure HR policies and practices align with local laws and the school's values

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an education or service-oriented environment
• Sound knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and HR practices
