Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FIFO Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA modules including IHC, RM, GRC, APM, and FICO. The consultant will be responsible for handling service requests, troubleshooting system issues, and driving end-to-end change management for ongoing SAP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve service requests related to S/4HANA IHC, RM, GRC, APM, and FICO modules.
• Analyse business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective SAP-based solutions.
• Work closely with users to gather and document functional requirements for change requests.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for technical teams and developers.
• Design and execute test scenarios and scripts for system changes and enhancements.
• Support testing of new functionalities to ensure alignment with business processes.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare user-friendly training materials and manuals.
• Oversee deployment activities and provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA modules: IHC, RM, GRC, APM, and FICO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Hands-on experience in functional specification writing and SAP testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
