Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processes and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Lead and support end-to-end payroll implementations using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Configure and maintain Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll-related settings.
  • Collaborate with Employee Central and Time Management teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.
  • Provide post-go-live support and ongoing enhancements based on business needs.
  • Perform testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.
  • Act as an SME for Payroll compliance, statutory reporting, and localization requirements.
  • Work with global teams to support multi-country payroll implementations, if required.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with at least 3+ years in Employee Central Payroll.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Payroll processes, Time Evaluation, Benefits, and Personnel Administration.
  • Experience with Gross to Net Payroll calculations, Third-party remittances, Off-cycle payrolls, and Year-End activities.
  • Sound knowledge of country-specific payroll rules and statutory requirements.
  • Familiarity with SAP Payroll control center and integration with EC/Time.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is highly preferred.
  • Experience with SAP CPI integration and SuccessFactors APIs.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to payroll solutions for countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, etc., is a plus
