Responsibilities:
Lead and allocate the team in all functional activities - Production support, site deployment/command centre, CR releases, Wave 2, FDS updates, CR assessment, CCB/CRB, RT TCER development, performance improvement functional testing, DGF.

Key Skills:
- AMS experience,
- SAP Functional experience,
- FICA or FICO experience,
- Able to delegate accountability and targets to sub leads, drive outcomes especially incident resolution to meet targets,
- Able to communicate with external stakeholders such as Synapxe, users, CFOs.

BRIM or healthcare experience is a plus.
