Job Description

• Own the development and delivery of test programs and libraries for customer projects across digital and mixed-signal domains
• Provide end-to-end consultation on test solutions, including test hardware/software design, feature recommendations, and best practices
• Support global semiconductor leaders by resolving production issues such as correlation, test time optimization, and yield enhancement
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer, empowering customers to succeed on the platform
• Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement in test methodologies and customer experience

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IC test development using ATE platforms.
• Deep understanding of digital and mixed-signal test methodologies
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.)
• Experience in production ramp-up, correlation/debug, and test floor operations
• Customer-oriented, independent, and driven by innovation and results
